This is not Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
This is several bodywork modalities and circulatory therapy for multiple body systems.
A simple metaphor for what we do-
-It is a warm organic oil change and tune-up for the body.
-We flush the lymphatic system.
-Clean the joints and fascia to remove debris and free up movement.
-Restore the flow.
-Results that are seen and felt immediately.
Our tandem sessions and integrated recovery circuits provide unique effectiveness in the bodywork field. These are rare offerings that make a real difference. Our goal is to make them as accessible as possible.
Anyone can benefit from this method,
as the focus and intensity can be modified to match your needs.
We find it especially powerful for:
-Stress relief and chronic tension / pain
-Pregnancy, preconception, and post partum
-Athletes and active adults
-Injury Recovery
-Autoimmune Issues and Nervous System resets
-Detox Support
-Weekly, Monthly, or Quarterly Preventional Medicine and Self Care
Active bleeding or blood clots, acute congestive heart failure, acute infection, acute renal failure, celullitis, deep vein thrombosis or embollisms, untreated cancers
Precautions: recent surgery, pregnancy, abdominal aortic aneurysm, alzheimers disease, diagnosed autoimmune disorders, bronchial asthma, diabetes, cardiac edema, diverticulitis, hypotension, multiple sclerosis, paralysis, thyroid disfunction
Please obtain clearance from your physicians if you have any of these conditions

or certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Sessions may include work on areas often overlooked in traditional massage, including:

All work is done with informed consent.
The California Massage Therapy Council (CAMTC) (https://www.camtc.org/california-massage-law/)defines the scope of practice for certified massage professionals (CMT/CMP) as the application of various techniques (pressure, friction, kneading, etc.) to the external soft tissues of the body for compensation. It includes using, with or without, lubricants, baths, or apparatus for health, remedial, or hygienic purposes.
Massage professionals cannot perform procedures that involve diagnosing, prescribing, or practicing spinal manipulation, or any activities reserved for licensed medical professionals.
Recovery Days are a signature experience designed for 3–8 treatment sessions at one location.
This $150 upgrade includes a circuit with additional recovery tools for the group to enhance the massage such as:
-Portable Sauna (1 person)
-Red light therapy
-Dry brushing
-Deep Pressure Therapy
-Power plate
